What is our product?
Our product is an applicant assessment software for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
We have created a software that tests applicant cognitive ability and integrity, in order to help businesses select top talent.
You will be able to provide a link in your job posting that will administer our test to your applicants.
Our software will then automatically provide a ranking of applicants based on cognitive ability and integrity scores.
Within this ranking, applicant email, resume, and work experience/education will also be listed.


Why does it work?
The most simple and effective way to hire good employees and weed out the bad ones is through intelligence testing and interviews.
Our product does just that. Our scientifically validated intelligence test will rank all potential candidates, and then allow you to select the ones you would like to interview.
Scientific and industry research over the past one hundred years has shown that intelligence is by far the best predictor of people being good at their jobs. I know this may not seem obvious at first. Believe it or not this is the truth - intelligence is at least 5 times more effective at predicting future job performance than being a “hard worker”.
Why? Because you can’t lie to an intelligence test. Anyone can learn how to act like they are a “very hard worker” in an interview - only for you to find out later that this was a façade. But you can’t ace an intelligence test unless you are actually smart.
